Our Approach- 4 Step Model

Hire

Using our search strategy, we identify and source candidates, and then based on the client’s requirement, we move both experienced candidates and freshers into jobs that are suitable for them. The assignment of these roles is based on their performance in skill assessments and interviews.

Train

We impart a customized training module, and our expert trainers train the candidates for a period of 4-6 weeks (depending on the candidate’s learning ability). The training is done in just those skills that are required for the job. The training sessions are conducted by trainers with several years of experience and monitored regularly by us.

Deploy

On completion of training, we set up final interviews with the client organization. Upon clearing the interview rounds, the candidate is deployed at the firm on a contractual basis, until they get an opportunity to work in an organization permanently. Sometimes, there is a chance where the candidate could be hired for a permanent job at the organization they are deployed at.

Support

We provide on-going support to both the client and the candidate throughout the process and post deployment, to make sure that our hire-train-deploy method has been executed successfully and both parties are satisfied with the outcome. We welcome feedback from both clients and candidates to improve the hire-train-deploy process.
